Paul is transported by ship toward Rome and becomes caught in a violent storm that threatens everyone aboard. Though a prisoner, Paul becomes the calmest and most faith-filled voice on the ship, encouraging everyone because God had promised preservation. After great loss and fear, the ship is destroyed but every life is spared exactly as God said.

Peace does not come from controlling the storm but from trusting the God who stands above it. When others panic, believers have an opportunity to become steady voices of hope.
