Romans 15:14–33 describes Paul's calling to preach the gospel where Christ had not yet been proclaimed and his desire to reach those who had never heard the message of salvation. Paul explains his missionary ambitions, including his plans to visit Rome and eventually travel to Spain, while also expressing his commitment to delivering financial assistance to struggling believers in Jerusalem. He concludes by asking the Roman Christians to join him in his ministry through prayer, particularly for protection and the success of his mission.

Paul's example reminds us that following God's calling requires both a willingness to go wherever He leads and a dependence upon the prayers and support of other believers. We should never underestimate the role we can play in advancing God's kingdom through our generosity, encouragement, and faithful prayers for those serving Him.
