Paul reveals that Israel’s present hardening is partial and temporary, and that God is still working out His redemptive purposes for both Jews and Gentiles. He emphasizes that God’s gifts and calling are irrevocable and that God has used human disobedience as an opportunity to display mercy. Paul concludes by worshiping God for the unfathomable depth of His wisdom, knowledge, and sovereign ways.

We will not always understand what God is doing, but we can trust the wisdom of the One who sees the entire story. When God’s plans exceed our understanding, our response should not be fear but worship, trusting that everything ultimately comes from Him, works through Him, and exists for His glory.
